About this policy

This policy explains how the Android game Bya Ludo (“the app”), published by Zebar Technologies, handles your information.

Information we collect

We do not ask for, collect or store any personal information on our own servers. The app has no accounts and no sign-in.

Information stored on your device

Your player name, avatar, coins, dice skins, settings, statistics and any saved game are kept only in the app’s private storage on your phone. They are never sent to us. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes them, and you can reset your statistics in the app’s Settings.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and process information such as your device’s advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. Google handles this information under its own privacy policy:

Your choices

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time in the app under Settings › Privacy & ad choices.

On any Android phone you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your phone’s Settings › Google › Ads.

Permissions

• Internet and network state – to load ads.
• Vibrate – for optional vibration feedback, which you can switch off in Settings.
• Advertising ID – used by Google AdMob as described above.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the ads, please contact us.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent or share personal information, because we do not collect any. Information handled by Google AdMob is sent over encrypted connections.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will appear in the app and on this page, with a new effective date.
